Terms of Service
The rules for using Vertexia and its geometry learning tools.
Effective September 20, 2026
1. Using Vertexia
Vertexia provides geometry lessons, study guides, practice activities, progress tracking, and related educational tools. You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use Vertexia with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Memberships and billing
Paid memberships renew monthly until canceled. The price shown at checkout is the price for the applicable billing period, before any taxes that may be required.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Vertexia does not store your full payment card number. You can manage or cancel an active membership through the billing portal made available in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and any refund are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
3. Educational information
Vertexia is an educational support tool, not a school, teacher, tutor, or source of professional academic advice. Content and AI-assisted explanations may contain mistakes. Review important work with a qualified teacher, parent, or other trusted adult.
4. Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or use another person’s account.
You retain ownership of information and work you submit. You give Vertexia permission to process that information as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information or material you do not have permission to use.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Vertexia, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s data, bypass membership controls, reverse engineer the service, or use the service to violate someone else’s rights.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vertexia when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitations
Vertexia is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or a particular academic result. To the extent permitted by law, Vertexia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. General terms
These terms, together with the terms shown at checkout, form the agreement governing use of Vertexia. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
